Our Time Change ”on site” team is one of our best ambassadors, therefore we are carefully choosing them based on experience, spoken languages, teamspirit and attitude. Each of our hosts & guides has a well defined roll in creating the Time Change spirit, which starts in our own guide academy. There we help them grow and develop within our DNA, which is one of our keys to success.  From M&E to Cruise and Congress to Sports, our people have tried, learned and succeeded in most of the fields.
